Chris Byrne, The Toy Guy, and Judy Ellis of FIT announce the winner of Boy Toy of the Year  Toy Industry Foundation Chairman Daniel Grossman addresses the crowd at TOTY 
Top winner of the night Cepia accepting one of the three TOTYs they received for Zhu Zhu Pets  Neil Friedman co-chairman of the Toy Industry Hall of Fame honored newest inductee John Lasseter, along with Disney’s Andy Mooney and popular Toy Story characters 
Jamie Gallagher addresses the crowd of over 450 attendees  ICTI president, Arnie Rubin and Jerry Storch, chairman and CEO of Toys R Us, gave the award for Infant Toy of the Year 
Radio Flyer accepting their award for Outdoor Toy of the Year  Active People accepting their award for Bilibo in the Preschool category
