TIA Credit Interchange

The TIA Credit Interchange Program is a comprehensive resource available to qualified TIA member companies.

Registered members of the TIA Credit Interchange have access to valuable complimentary services, at no additional cost, including:

EZCredit. A secure password-protected online retailer database that enables participants to access customers' credit ledger reports and breaking news on retail industry. Current members, click here to login.

Credit Ledger Reports. Comprehensive reports that detail payment histories of more than 5,000 retail accounts specific to the toy industry. Participants may also post specific queries about any retailers not in the database.

Credit Daily Bulletin. A daily email bulletin that lists the latest national and international retail news, events, bankruptcies, and SEC filings.

Watch Report. A bi-monthly alert that details problem accounts.

Payment Experience Book. Comprehensive credit reports for key retail accounts.

Regional credit meetings. Held monthly in Los Angeles and quarterly in Chicago and New York City, regional meetings give members an opportunity to exchange credit information, inquire about problem accounts, and hear presentations by the leading experts on credit risk analysis and bankruptcy law, as well as key retailers.

Annual Toy Fair Credit Meetings. Held every year during Toy Fair, the annual meeting features expert speakers on a range of credit related topics, review of accounts session and interactive workshop on the specifics of credit & collection environment.

National Summer Credit Conference. Held annually, the event provides great opportunities for members' exchange of credit information and networking, and features speakers from retailer industry, expert presentations, review of accounts session and a problem-solving workshop on important credit related issues.
