Engage Digital to Host Two Educational Events on West Coast in September

In February 2014, Engage Digital will once again hold its East Coast event -- Digital Kids Conference -- on-site at TIA's 111th American International Toy Fair in New York City.
The latest news on the continuing partnership between Engage Digital and TIA will be announced in the coming weeks.

and Digital Kids Summit
. Taking place at the Children’s Creativity Museum in downtown San Francisco, the events will shed light on the continuing impact of digital media and tech advancements on children’s education and youth-related industries.
- Digital Kids Edu (September 18 | San Francisco, CA)
According to organizers, this one-day conference will focus on “the profound and rapidly changing innovations taking place in education through digital media.” Presentations led by start-up companies and veterans of the children’s education field will discuss consumer products and services – including online and mobile platforms – that are redefining the manner in which today’s children are educated. Speakers include: Pierre Le Lann, Co-Founder of Tribal Nova, a Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Company; Molly Passanisi, Head of Industry, Online Gaming at Google; Jacob Klein, Co-Founder of Motion Math; Yuval Kaminka, CEO and Co-Founder of JoyTunes and Srinivas Mandyam, Co-Founder and CTO of Tynker. The Digital Kids Summit will take place the day after Digital Kids Edu, and will cover a wide spectrum of subjects pertinent to brand owners, entertainment and media executives, licensing professionals and others wishing to engage children online and via digital devices. Experts in the realm of digital media will share their perspectives on innovation, the path to digital success, product design strategies, and more. The current roster of speakers includes: Michelle Sullivan, VP Digital, Kids & Family at National Geographic Global Media; John Vignocchi, Executive Producer at Disney Interactive; and Justin Caldbeck, Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners.
