Toy Industry Foundation Announces Year-Long Sponsorship Opportunity

September 23, 2013 |  The Toy Industry Foundation (TIF) has announced a unique, year-long sponsorship opportunity that would allow a single generous toy company to help bring the magic of play to children in need throughout 2014.

The special donor who participates in the “Adopt-the-Pig” sponsorship program by contributing $10,000 (tax-deductible) to TIF’s Toy Bank will help impact the lives of more than one million children in need next year. Sponsorship funds will fuel the work of The Toy Bank program in 2014 and help the Foundation engage the public. The sponsor company will be recognized through various intra-industry print and online publications; at TIF’s booth at the 111th American International Toy Fair; on and via Facebook and Twitter; and as an “official sponsor” in the 2014 Toy of the Year Awards Tribute Book.

“Over the past ten years, we have brought toys and play into the lives of more than 11 million underprivileged and at-risk children served by our signature Toy Bank program,” said Marisa Medina, Foundation Manager. “However, we are only able to do our work thanks to the generous support of the toy industry.  While toy donations are critical, funding through projects such as Adopt-the-Pig help make it all possible by underwriting program costs.”

Any company that is interested in this sponsorship opportunity or learning more about other recognition opportunities may contact TIF (646.454.5581) by October 30, 2013.
