New Webinar: Are You Leveraging Direct-to-Consumer Retail Capabilities?

The Toy Association’s upcoming webinar, “The New World of Toy Retail: Are You Ready to Compete?,” taking place on August 22 at 2 p.m. (Eastern) will help provide insight to those questions and more. Registration is now open for all toy manufacturers and retailers that would like to attend the session.

The one-hour session will provide insights from companies in different industries that have successfully implemented direct-to-consumer capabilities to their overall go-to-market strategy. Presenter James Herman, chief commercial officer at MonarchFx, a provider of integrated direct-to-consumer fulfillment solutions, will also address:

  • How to successfully apply these strategies to the toy market;
  • How to engage toy consumers across every purchase channel;
  • Essential capabilities that must be part of any go-to market approach such as having a multi-channel presence that includes branded web sites, social media, and retail drop ship; deciding which products should be highlighted and where; and creating tailored messaging for each channel;
  • Data analytics to build long-term relationships with customers;
  • Fulfillment solutions.

The session will be moderated by Bernadette Boyle, director of member services at The Toy Association.

The webinar is free for Toy Association members and $49 for non-members. A recording of the session will be made available for those who are unable to participate live.
