TIA Credit Interchange
The Credit Interchange Program is a comprehensive resource available to qualified TIA member manufacturer companies. The Program’s participants have access to the following complimentary services:
A secure password-protected online retailer database containing comprehensive credit information on retail accounts relevant to the toy industry and enabling the participating members interact with each other through Flash Alerts and AR Requests. Credit Daily Bulletin
A daily newsletter of credit related news and events on the current state of the retail industry, bankruptcies, SEC filings, key credit due dates and significant developments.
Regional credit meetings
Held two to three times per year in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City by the West, Midwest and Northeast Chapters of the TIA Credit Interchange, regional meetings give members and opportunity to exchange credit information or inquire about retail accounts in strict compliance with antitrust laws.
Toy Fair Credit Meeting
Held annually in conjunction with the American International Toy Fair, the meeting features expert speakers and retail companies presenting on a range of credit related topics, Review of Accounts session and interactive workshops on the specifics of credit & collection environment and beyond. National Summer Credit Conference
The annual summer event is a day-and-a-half conference offering a broad spectrum of educational and networking opportunities. It features speakers from the leading retailers, industry experts, federal agencies and bankruptcy attorneys. The Review of Accounts and a problem-solving workshop on credit related issues are important components of the conference program.
