What is The Toy Bank?
Our Toy Bank program delivers toys to children in need, all thanks to the collective generosity of toy companies. Since 2003, more than 23 million children have received Toy Bank toys!
Who Can Apply for Toys?
The Toy Bank provides toys to children’s charities. To be eligible, charities must be committed to helping improve the lives of children who are in poverty, ill, recovering from abuse, victims of disasters, have special needs, or are dealing with other crisis situations. Charities must be non-profit organizations recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or organizations holding similar status in Canada.
Unfortunately, The Toy Bank is unable to provide toys directly to families or individuals. If you are an individual in need of toys, please visit a local qualifying charity and encourage them to apply to The Toy Bank’s network.
How Does My Charity Apply?
Charities may apply to join the Toy Bank’s network by completing the Toy Bank charity network application from our distribution partner, Delivering Good, and by providing the materials listed at the end of the application. You will be contacted after your materials have been reviewed.
We also distribute toys through our partnership with National Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children. If you are affiliated with CASA, or are a charity with questions regarding The Toy Bank, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
