Admission Policies

All Fall Toy Preview attendees are qualified based on their primary business. Any misrepresentation of position will bar you and your organization from future Toy Association events. Approval to attend Fall Toy Preview in past years does not guarantee entry.

Show management reserves the right to request additional documents if deemed necessary to qualify as a retailer, sales representative or trade guest.

Only major credit cards are accepted for on-site registrations. Cash will NOT be accepted.

Required Business Credentials

Retailers

Must submit 2 (two) of the following company credentials plus 1 (one) form of employee identification.

  • Resale certificate
  • Recent wholesale invoice(s) from a toy manufacturer and billed to the company under which you are registering
  • Active company website through which company business can be validated
  • Store/commercial lease indicating type of business
  • Business card
  • Wholesalers, importers and exporters should provide samples of brochures, catalogs, etc. that show product selection and inventory (if no website available)
  • Letter of intent from a lawyer or bank on official letterhead stating your intent to start a business (startups)
 

Sales Representatives

Must submit 1 (one) of the following company credentials plus 1 (one) form of employee identification.

  • List of exhibiting lines you represent along with contact name and email for each line
  • If not currently representing any lines, letter from an exhibitor(s) (on their letterhead) confirming you have an appointment with them at the upcoming show
 

Trade Guests

Must submit 2 (two) of the following company credentials plus 1 (one) form of employee identification.

  • Business license
  • Active company website through which company business can be validated
  • Letter from an exhibitor (on their letterhead) confirming that you have an appointment with them at the upcoming show
  • Must provide appropriate certification, professional designation or membership in an industry association (if no website available)
  • Business card
  • Letter of intent from a lawyer or bank on official letterhead stating your intent to start a business. (startups)
 

Employee Identification

Each attendee must submit at least 1 (one). This is in addition to company credentials.

  • Copy of cancelled company payroll check or pay-check stub (must be within 2 months)
  • Copy of most recent W-2 form
  • Copy of company credit card with both employee’s and company’s name
  • Copy of company insurance card with employee’s name

Trade Guests (Non-Members of The Toy Association)

$175 until August 31, 2017

$275 beginning September 1, 2017

Non-Exhibiting Companies

Free for the first two individuals from a Toy Association member company.

This applies to all Vendors and Manufacturers not exhibiting.

$500 each third and additional individual from a member company

$1,725 for non-members

 

Government Employees

Free admission. Government employees must provide government ID upon request. Subject to approval by show management.

 

Opening Night Party

$25

The Networking event in Dallas.

Eat, drink, have fun and support the Toy Industry Foundation without even leaving the Dallas Market Center!

Substitutions from the same company will be permitted.
