The Toy Association Welcomes New Members in Q2

“Toy companies are constantly looking for ways to build their businesses and becoming a member of The Toy Association will amplify those opportunities,” says Ken Ebeling, The Toy Association’s vice president of strategic development & member services. “We are committed to providing members with the tools they need to succeed, such as proprietary research and educational webinars, alerts on new or updated federal and state regulations and safety measures, and member discounts on our many events throughout the year including Toy Fair.”
As part of their new member responsibilities, companies are required within 12 months of joining The Toy Association to source their products only from: factories in the ICTI CARE Process, or factories that meet the requirements of another recognized social compliance organization, or another code of an equivalent or greater standard. Members can learn more about the ICTI CARE Process, which supports ethical manufacturing across the global toy industry supply chain, by visiting its website.
Toy Association members include manufacturers, retailers, distributors, licensors, inventors, and other businesses that bring the joy of play to children. Members enjoy a wide range of benefits including programs, events, services, and tools that bring them greater prosperity in the U.S. and overseas. Toy professionals can join now or contact Bernadette Boyle, The Toy Association’s senior membership manager, to learn more.
