New Opportunity to Feature Products on Social Media for Toy Association Members
October 9, 2018 | Toy Association members are invited to participate in Genius Play Pix, a new program by The Genius of Play that will help companies gain additional exposure for their toys and games this holiday season. Through Genius Play Pix, toy companies will be able to feature their products on social media channels that reach over 2 million people every month.
To participate during the 2018 holiday season, companies need to fill out a form and send lifestyle photos of kids using their products by October 31. The pictures will be posted on The Genius of Play’s social media channels. The posts will mention the product name, contain hashtags provided by the company, and highlight how the toy reinforces the developmental benefits of play.
"The Genius of Play reaches over 2 million parents every month across social media, with posts regularly earning 5,000 to 30,000 likes, comments, and shares," said Anna Yudina, The Toy Association's director of marketing initiatives. "Toy Association members can leverage this highly engaged audience just in time for the crucial holiday shopping season. It’s a marketing opportunity not to be missed!"
Image submissions for the 2018 holiday season will be accepted through October 31.
