Put Your Q4 Drivers in Front of Influential Buyers Attending Toy Fair Everywhere

toy-fair-everywhereJune 9, 2020 | Add your company’s name to the list of more than 100 exhibitors showcasing product during The Toy Association’s first-ever series of virtual market weeks. Toy companies looking to get their product in front of key global retailers, during this time when in-person meetings aren’t possible, are encouraged to register for Toy Fair Everywhere.

Toy Fair Everywhere kicks off its first market week July 13 to 19 with two more following on August 17 to 23 and September 14 to 20.

Produced by The Toy Association, Toy Fair Everywhere has already garnered the attention of influential buyers looking to round out their shelves through year’s end. To date, representatives from retailers including mass, long-lead, and specialty outlets such as Amazon, Gabe’s, Learning Express, Mastermind Toys, Sheetz, Scholastic, Target.com, and Walmart, plan to attend.

Unlike in-person trade shows, Toy Fair Everywhere doesn’t limit exhibitors’ virtual booth sizes, allowing them to showcase as many products as they’d like, customize their digital showrooms and easily refresh product offerings between market weeks. Exhibitors will also have access to custom privacy settings to ensure exclusivity of product (think: closed-door showrooms), schedule virtual one-on-one or group product demonstrations and meetings, be matched with buyers interested in their product category, and harness real-time analytics to customize outreach.

“Through the Association’s state-of-the-art marketplace platform, our goal is to create an experience for toymakers that replicates the interactions they have with buyers in person,” said Marian Bossard, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “We are confident Toy Fair Everywhere will benefit both exhibitors and buyers alike as they look to reconnect, refocus, and rebound their businesses for a successful fourth quarter and beyond.”

Further replicating the in-person Toy Fair experiences online, the market weeks will also include educational sessions and special digital events, live and pre-recorded, that underscore the drive and passion of the global toy community. During the August market week, The Toy Association’s trends team will present a mid-year trends update to its 2020 trends presentation at Toy Fair New York. The team will discuss trends that have emerged in response to the pandemic and stay-home orders and share its predictions for holiday 2020 using product examples straight from the virtual show floor. Additional details on this presentation and others will be made in the coming weeks.
