#SummerOfPlay Campaign: Opportunity to Get Your Toys Featured!

April 26, 2021 | After a long school year, kids (and parents!) will need a “Summer of Play” to recharge their batteries.

The Toy Association’s Genius of Play is kicking off an exciting campaign featuring toys that provide a mental and physical break for kids and families. Launching June 21 and running all summer, the #SummerofPlay campaign will spotlight the best items the industry has to offer for a fun-filled season – both indoors and outdoors.

As part of the #SummerofPlay, a giveaway featuring Toy Association members’ products will take place on the Genius of Play’s social media channels, which reach more than 2.5 million parents every month. Companies are invited to fill out and submit the online application and upload lifestyle images of kids playing and interacting with their products by May 14.

“Participating in this giveaway is a great opportunity to align your products with the healthy benefits of play,” said Anna Yudina, senior director of marketing initiatives at The Toy Association. “You’ll help add fun and laughter to a family’s summer plans—whether it’s a staycation or a vacation!”

Participation is free and open to Toy Association member companies only; limited spots are available. Complete participation guidelines are included in the application form. Companies that are selected for the campaign will be required to ship product directly to giveaway winners.
