Reinforce counting skills with a daily, short workout with your kids!

STEP 1: Create a workout schedule with a different exercise for each day.

STEP 2: Do each exercise together with your kids, counting out loud.

STEP 3: Keep track of how many repetitions you do each day and increase the amount each time.

STEP 4: Have your child make a chart to track everyone’s progress and hang it prominently on a bulletin board, chalk board or fridge.
