Toy Association Meets With EPA; Continues Push for Risk Management Rule to Aid Members

The Toy Association’s Alan Kaufman, senior vice president of technical affairs, met with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) August 28 to advocate on behalf of members for a risk management rule as a necessary action to implement the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act.

Toy of The Year Awards Ceremony Goes Virtual in February 2021

The 2021 Toy of the Year Awards (TOTY) ceremony will unveil the industry’s top toys, games, properties, and Toy Industry Hall of Fame inductees and celebrate the charitable work of the toy industry and The Toy Foundation in an entirely new format in 2021, allowing toy fans across the globe to experience the “Oscars” of the toy industry for the first time ever.

Toy Association Announces Preview Day to Connect Target Buyers with Innovative Toy Companies

As part of its commitment to helping toy companies succeed – especially during this period of uncertainty – The Toy Association will host a private, virtual product preview day October 8 to connect a select group of toy suppliers with Target buyers. Companies not currently selling to Target are invited to apply for this exclusive opportunity by filling out the online application by Thursday, September 10 at 5 p.m. (Eastern).
