The Toy Association™ Connects with Gaming Community at ACD Games Day
May 28, 2024 | The Toy Association™ participated in ACD Games Day last week, to track new developments in the gaming space, connect with the gaming community to discuss emerging trends, and highlight the Association's continuing role as a resource for the global toy community.
The event was produced by ACD Distribution and took place May 22 to 24 in Madison, Wisconsin, drawing hundreds of attendees including retailers, game publishers, manufacturers, and educators.
During the show, The Toy Association’s Ken Ebeling, executive vice president of strategic development and member services, and Jennifer Lynch, trends specialist, led a presentation for manufacturers and retailers on the top five trends that are expected to drive toy sales this year and how companies and brick-and-mortar stores can leverage the trends to boost sales. The discussion also highlighted various complimentary initiatives and programs available to the industry from The Toy Association.
“The Toy Association’s participation in ACD Games Day was a great opportunity to directly connect with the gaming community and remind the industry of the resources we offer that will help their businesses thrive in a competitive market,” Ebeling said. “Our goal is to empower both manufacturers and retailers with the knowledge, tools, and events they need to succeed.”
