Taking place Wednesday, May 28 at 2 p.m. (Eastern), “Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) State Legislative Overview” will provide the latest updates on EPR laws that have been enacted across the U.S., along with pending legislation that may still pass this year. Additionally, EPR experts will provide valuable insights regarding manufacturer responsibilities and navigating each state’s programs.
The webinar will be presented by Andy Hackman, principal lobbyist at Serlin Haley, and experts from Circular Action Alliance, a U.S. producer responsibility organization. Charlotte Hickcox, The Toy Association’s director of state government affairs, will moderate.
