Established in 1984, the Toy Industry Hall of Fame celebrates the remarkable individuals whose creativity, passion, and contributions have shaped the toy industry and inspired generations through the power of play. Every year for the past four decades, members of the industry have proudly nominated hundreds of individuals — from inventors to toy retailers and business leaders — who have made their mark on the industry and created a love of play in the hearts of children of all ages. New inductees are honored each February at the Toy of the Year Awards® (TOTY®) ceremony in New York City.
