How Does Your Company’s Benefits Plan Stack Up Against the Competition?

November 16, 2018 | The Toy Association announced that the 2018 Toy Industry Compensation & Benefits Survey has been completed. Customized confidential reports were made available to participating member companies free of charge. An aggregate summary report is available at a discounted price to non-participating members. Findings from the report will enable toy companies to compare their employee compensation levels and health care benefits to their industry peers.

The confidential survey analyzed data on employee benefits and compensation levels of more than 55 toy industry position titles from member companies that are engaged in toy manufacturing, importing, and distribution. The Toy Association engaged Industry Insights to collect and evaluate the data.

The report includes: aggregate compensation and benefits information based on all companies responding, including their gross revenue, region, number of full-time employees, and other data points.

“In today’s competitive toy industry, hiring and retaining the right talent can make all the difference in a successful company,” said Anne McConnell, The Toy Association’s senior director of market research & data strategy. “The study enables member companies to remain competitive as they compare their offerings to the industry.”

Manufacturer members that did not participate in the survey may purchase the report for $595; non-members may purchase the report for $1,995 by contacting Bernadette Boyle, senior membership manager at The Toy Association.
