Toys“R”Us Bankruptcy Update: Information on Settlement Agreement, Intellectual Property & More

October 2, 2018 | The Toy Association is notifying members of updates to the Toys“R”Us (TRU) bankruptcy case, including new details on the settlement agreement, the sale of its Asia operations, and the status of TRU’s intellectual property. Manufacturer members may view the bulletin online.
