Toy Fair Everywhere Expands for August with New Programming, More Exhibitors

toy-fair-everywhereAugust 11, 2020 | The global play community will come together for round two of The Toy Association’s Toy Fair Everywhere series of digital market weeks, beginning next Monday, August 17. Expanding on the July event, the August market week is expected to feature tens of thousands of toys and games, 180+ exhibiting companies (more than 30 new companies), as well as new digital events and on-demand content.

Exhibiting companies are once again prepping their digital showrooms and swapping in new products to highlight this month for the thousands of global buyers and media expected to be browsing showrooms to see what will be hot for holiday.

“Our second market week offers another opportunity to help the industry move forward and serve as a digital meeting grounds for companies to connect and seek out new business opportunities,” said Marian Bossard, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “With buyers represented from more than 60 countries in week one, we are anticipating an equally impressive global presence this month."

Beyond the opportunities to connect with exhibitors and preview their products featured across the unlimited digital booth spaces, market week attendees in August will be met with an even more robust calendar of digital events and on-demand content. This includes access to an exclusive mid-year trends presentation presented by The Toy Association’s trends team. Additional programming includes access to recordings from The Toy Association's “Generations of Play, An Oral History” project, powered by StoryCorps and new educational content, including recent on-demand webinars, the latest market research from Kidz Global, and research on children and influencer platforms from The NPD Group.

“Q4 will be kicking off soon, and there is still time left to register and capitalize on all the resources Toy Fair Everywhere can offer to keep shelves stocked for holiday,” added Bossard. “If you are in the global business of play  no matter where you are located physically, you need to be at Toy Fair Everywhere.”
