His global experience extends throughout the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Buelow has led site selection, technical due diligence, and negotiations for numerous manufacturing deployments across Asia.

Neale Rath is a Specialist Leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Real Estate & Location Strategy practice. His primary areas of focus include global location strategy and site selection, enterprise footprint optimization, talent and operating environment analysis, real estate & infrastructure technical due diligence, negotiation of economic development incentives, and supply chain optimization.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Rath lived and worked in China for over 5 years and maintains a strong focus on trans-pacific enterprise footprint, strategy, and operations.
