2 to 3 p.m. (Eastern)
This one-hour webinar will offer perspectives from Deloitte Consulting on how a successful toy manufacturing strategy leverages location as a competitive advantage.
Who Should Attend:
The content of this webinar will be relevant to all Toy Association members who currently, previously, or may in the future have manufacturing assets or contract manufacturing partners outside of the U.S. Those with existing production capacity in China or throughout Asia, or those considering establishing capacity in that region, may find this content especially relevant.
What You Will Learn:
In this webinar, attendees will learn from two Deloitte Consulting leaders in location strategy capability with decades of collective experience guiding clients through complex footprint and location decisions. The presenters will share perspectives on the variety of ways in which location can drive or diminish value in an enterprise’s manufacturing or contract manufacturing footprint. The equation that led many manufacturers to establish and grow production capacity in China over the last two decades has grown increasingly complex and continues to evolve rapidly. This webinar will offer perspectives to toy manufacturers eager to peer through the complexity of tariffs and pandemic-related supply chain disruption and gain a clear understanding of the fundamental elements of manufacturing location strategy that should comprise the foundation of near and long-term location decisions.
