The Toy Association™ distributed an email to all members on December 17 sharing a new resource that summarizes how to seek potential refunds of International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) tariffs.

The information comes amid increased attention on potential pathways for challenging tariffs imposed under IEPPA, including publicity surrounding Costco’s recent filing. Please note that these options only apply if the U.S. Supreme Court strikes down IEEPA tariffs. The Court has not yet issued a decision.

Members who did not receive the December 17 email or those who would like to access the document may contact Kathrin Belliveau, chief policy officer at The Toy Association.

The Toy Association continues to monitor developments related to tariffs and trade policy and will keep members informed as new information becomes available.

Access to timely policy updates and exclusive resources like this one is a key benefit of Toy Association membership. Click here to learn more about joining The Toy Association or contact Bernadette Boyle, senior director of member services, for more information.
