The Toy Association™ is reminding companies of Vermont’s interim July 31 reporting deadline for the state’s Chemical Disclosure Program for Children's Products.

The reporting period covers products offered for sale between February 1 and July 31, 2026 containing any of the state’s Chemicals of High Concern to Children (CHCC). Companies that submit a report by the July 31 deadline and have no new product information to report for the remainder of the year will not need to submit another report by the next filing deadline of January 31, 2027.

Reports must be submitted through the High Priority Chemicals Data System (HPCDS) using the required reporting template, which includes product information such as brand name, product model, and UPC. Before submitting a report, companies should review Vermont's latest reporting guidance document and the HPCDS reporting guide.
