26,000+ Toys Unveiled on Opening Day of First-Ever Toy Fair Everywhere Market Week

toy-fair-everywhereJuly 14, 2020 | The Toy Association’s first-ever Toy Fair Everywhere market week opened its virtual “doors” yesterday morning (July 13) to thousands of global retailers in search of the hottest toys and trends for Q4. More than 570 brands and 26,000+ products are being showcased through the end of this week (July 19) and during two additional market weeks taking place August 17 to 23 and September 14 to 20, 2020.

As the largest and most influential series of virtual market weeks created for the worldwide toy community, Toy Fair Everywhere was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on global in-person meetings and trade events. More than 160 exhibiting companies have signed on to showcase their toys and games, many of which will be topping kids’ holiday wish lists. The Toy Fair Everywhere platform was created by The Toy Association in partnership with software provider Balluun.

“Just as Toy Fair New York is the place to be for in-person trend-scouting and business building, Toy Fair Everywhere is the premiere online destination for retailers and members of the toy community who want access to innovative products at a time when face-to-face meetings and travel are not always possible – or safe,” said Marian Bossard, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “With Q4 just around the corner, Toy Fair Everywhere is dedicated to helping toymakers and buyers maintain and build their connections as they strive to keep their shelves stocked and businesses forging ahead.”

Exhibiting companies are leveraging the online platform to book meetings, upload product catalogs to highlight in their unlimited “booth” space, and access real-time analytics to tailor their buyer outreach. Current exhibitors and sponsors include Aurora World; Boogie Board; Buzzy, Inc.; Design Masters; Faber-Castell USA/Creativity for Kids; Goliath; HABA USA; Klutz; The LEGO Group; Melissa and Doug; Safari Ltd.; Schylling; TOMY; Toysmith; TY; Ukidz LLC; Viking Toys; and more.

Toy Fair Everywhere was recently featured as a “socially distant toy fair” in Forbes and buzz continues to grow, with The Toy Association announcing a new partnership to host the inaugural Toy Fair Everywhere Influencer Choice List powered by Clamour, which will spotlight family content creators’ picks for the hottest toys shown by exhibitors. The Toy Association trends team has also been highlighting exhibitors’ products in national TV segments, and exhibitors’ products will be featured in The Toy Association’s mid-year trends update during the August market week. Companies that want to have their products considered for inclusion in the trends presentation should complete this form by July 17.
