Feature Your Company’s Go-Green Initiatives in The Toy Association’s “Sustainability Spotlight”

May 2, 2022 | As more and more toy companies reduce their carbon footprint; make the swap to more sustainable materials in packaging and products; participate in toy takeback programs; and educate kids about critical environmental issues, The Toy Association continues to spotlight those in the industry who are making efforts to go green.

“Since the start of the year, The Toy Association has featured dozens of companies in its ‘Sustainability Spotlight’ in Toy News Tuesday, emphasizing the shift taking place industry-wide to not only teach kids to do their part in caring for the environment but put in the work themselves,” said Adrienne Appell, executive vice president of marketing communications at The Toy Association. “We encourage any companies looking for a platform to share their own initiatives to take advantage of this free publicity.”

The Toy Association has provided members with additional opportunities to feature their eco-friendly and sustainability designed playthings in the media, from showcasing their toys as part of its 2022 Toy Trends report to Earth Day TV segments in top media markets and features in international trade publications.
