Admission Policy

Toy Fair Dallas is a trade-only event attended by retailers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, sales representatives and trade guests.

No one under age 18 is admitted. Infants are not allowed entry.

All attendees are qualified based on their primary business. Any misrepresentation will bar you and/or your organization from this and future Toy Association events. Approval to attend Toy Fair Dallas in prior years does not guarantee entry.

Credentials must be submitted for each registrant. Toy Fair Dallas reserves the right to request additional credentials if deemed necessary. All approved registrants may be required to submit proof of identity.

Credentials and Fee Information

Retailer Credentials

Retailers must submit (2) forms of company credentials:

  • Two (2) recent wholesale invoices (billed to registered company within last 12 months) from industry manufacturers for goods purchased at wholesale/in quantity for a minimum of $1,000
  • For online resellers, your complete website link is required in registration, your company must be following manufacturers MAP (minimum advertised pricing) and a minimum of 6 recent wholesale invoices (all within last 12 months) from current Toy Fair Dallas exhibiting manufacturers for goods purchased at wholesale/in quantity for a minimum of $3,000 must be submitted.
  • Active company website where company business can be validated
  • Active store/commercial lease indicating type of business
  • Startups need to provide a letter of intent to conduct business on letterhead from a lawyer or bank

Retailer Employee Identification

Retailers must submit one (1) form of employee ID:

  • Copy of canceled company payroll check or pay-check stub
  • Copy of W-2 form
  • Copy of company insurance card with employee’s name

Distributor / Importer / Wholesaler Credentials

Distributors, importers and wholesalers must submit two (2) forms of company credentials:

  • Two (2) recent wholesale invoices (billed to registered company within last 12 months) from industry manufacturers for goods purchased at wholesale/in quantity for a minimum of $10,000
  • Active company website where company business can be validated
  • Provide samples of brochures or catalogs which show brands represented and product selection (if website is unavailable)
  • Startups need to provide a letter of intent to conduct business on letterhead from a lawyer or bank

Distributor / Importer / Wholesaler Employee Identification

Distributors, importers and wholesalers must submit one (1) form of employee ID:

  • Copy of canceled company payroll check or pay-check stub
  • Copy of W-2 form
  • Copy of company insurance card with employee’s name

Sales Representative Credentials

Sales representatives must submit one (1) of the following company credentials:

  • List of exhibiting product or brand lines represented along with contact name and email for each line
  • If not currently representing any exhibitors lines, a letter on exhibitor letterhead confirming you have a Toy Fair Dallas appointment to represent a product line

Sales Representative Employee Identification

Sales representatives must submit one (1) form of employee ID:

  • Copy of canceled company payroll check or pay-check stub
  • Copy of W-2 form
  • Copy of company insurance card with employee’s name

Trade Guest Credentials

Trade guests must submit two (2) forms of company credentials:

  • Business license
  • Active company website where company business can be validated
  • Letter on exhibitor letterhead confirming you have a Toy Fair Dallas appointment
  • If the website is unavailable, provide appropriate certification, professional designation, or membership in an industry association
  • Startups need to provide a letter of intent to conduct business on letterhead from a lawyer or bank

Trade Guest Employee Identification

Trade guests must submit one (1) form of employee ID:

  • Copy of canceled company payroll check or pay-check stub
  • Copy of W-2 form
  • Copy of company insurance card with employee’s name

Fees

Free admission to all qualified registrants.

Trade Guests

Toy Association members:

A limited number of complimentary badges are provided to full-time employees* of Toy Association member companies. Depending on the number of badges requested, additional fees may apply.

Non-members:

  • $175 until August 31
  • $275 beginning September 1

*Third party consultants, service providers, seasonal workers, etc. are not eligible for Toy Association member complimentary entry.

Non-Exhibiting Vendors and/or Manufacturers

Toy Association members:

Two (2) complimentary badges are provided to full-time employees* of Toy Association member companies; $500 for each additional full-time employee badge.

*Third party consultants, service providers, seasonal workers, etc. are not eligible for Toy Association member complimentary or discounted entry.

Non-members:

$1,800 per person

Opening Night Party

$25 per person.

Eat, drink, have fun and support the The Toy Foundation without even leaving the Dallas Market Center!

Substitutions from the same company will be permitted. Tickets are non-refundable.

NOTE: Proper identification is required for all qualified registrants. Only major credit cards are accepted for on-site registration. Cash will not be accepted for on-site registration.
