COVID-19 Business Toolkit Provides New Resources for Hong Kong Businesses

May 15, 2020 | The Toy Association has updated its COVID-19 business toolkit with a new set of resources to help assist businesses operating in Hong Kong amid the pandemic.

Located under the State, Trade, & International tab, members can access information about the Hong Kong government’s latest $18 billion (HK$137.5 billion) stimulus package, which offers relief to Hong Kong businesses and individuals. This includes details on eligibility for the Enterprise Support Scheme (ESS), which provides wage subsidies to eligible employers to retain employees and help minimize lay-offs during the pandemic, and loan guarantees available to small and mid-sized businesses. This section will continue to be updated with new information as it becomes available.
