Toy Association Releases 2020 Impact Report

2020 Impact ReportMay 6, 2021 | The Toy Association’s 2020 Impact Report, which highlights the Association’s commitment to mission, service, agility, and excellence, is now available online.

“The impact of the COVID19 pandemic on every aspect of society arguably created one of the single most disruptive years in the history of the toy and play community and for all those we collectively serve. The Toy Association responded immediately to create actionable toolkits and critical resources, hold virtual town hall meetings, and lend direct help and support to our vast range of members,” said Steve Pasierb, president & CEO of The Toy Association.

“Legislative and regulatory threats to toy and retail businesses, both in North America and around the world, were tackled head-on, and longstanding technological investments were leveraged to create opportunities for toy sellers and buyers to meet and effectively conduct business digitally. These few examples underscore how your Association consistently meets the acute, urgent needs of the toy community and can forge ahead despite obstacles, helping businesses seize new opportunities, tap into global markets, introduce consumers to new products, and bring the joy of play to millions of families in locked-down communities around the world,” added Pasierb.

Members looking to get involved in helping set the strategic direction of The Toy Association in 2021 and beyond are encouraged to submit nominations for qualified candidates to serve on one of the organization’s committees.
