The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) will host a webinar series in the months leading up to the July 8, 2026 implementation of eFiling for most regulated products. The Toy Association encourages members to take advantage of these sessions in order to prepare.

The three webinars will provide an overview of eFiling, share what you can expect upon full implementation, and highlight updates to the Product Registry. Please see webinar dates below; information can also be found in the CPSC Public Calendar (as part of the “CPSC 3, 2, 1, Go! eFiling Webinar” series).

Please note that CPSC has limited attendance to 1,000 participants per session. The Q&A and chat features will not be available live, so questions must be submitted by the deadlines indicated above when registering. CPSC has indicated that the webinars will be recorded and available post-event for those who are unable to participate live.
