February 19, 2026 | The Toy Association™ is inviting all representatives of member companies to attend the Association’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place virtually via Zoom on Thursday, March 12 at 1 p.m. (Eastern).
The AGM will include:
- updates on the state of The Toy Association from Greg Ahearn, president & CEO of The Toy Association, and members of the Association’s senior leadership team;
- an update on The Toy Association’s work to advocate on behalf of the toy industry;
- an overview of the past three Toy Association-led events, including LA Fall Preview®, People of Play™ week, and Toy Fair® New York, plus a preview of upcoming events;
- and a brief review of 2025 preliminary fiscal results.
As previously announced, the meeting will also include the formal election of individuals serving on The Toy Association Board of Directors to represent the industry. The term renewal nominees are:
- Duncan Billing, chair of the board of advisors at Moose Toys (second term)
- Vish Chandran, CEO of Wild Republic (second term)
- Wes Hardin, CEO of Diverse Marketing (second term)
- Tim Kilpin, president of toys, licensing & entertainment at Hasbro, Inc. (second term)
- Rob Michaelis, vice president of brand commercialization, hardlines, and consumables in North America at Disney Consumer Products (second term)
Association board members are elected for two-year terms and may be nominated for re-election twice before being required to depart the board.
From the larger list of nominees submitted by the announced 5 p.m. deadline on December 29, 2025, the Nominating Committee has advanced three individuals for formal election by the Association’s membership during the 2026 Annual General Meeting. They are:
- Christina Miller, CEO of Spin Master
- Julien Sharp, U.S. commercial general manager of Asmodee Group
- Teppei Onoki, CEO of Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America, Inc.
