Are you a toy manufacturer seeking the perfect space to preview your 2025 playthings or a play professional needing to present during the all-important fall preview timeframe? Look no further!

The Toy Association’s LA Fall Preview offers an ideal opportunity for the toy and play community to secure prime meeting spaces in the heart of El Segundo. During the Fall Preview, companies are encouraged to secure their own appointments to ensure maximum visibility and success.

Space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, based on square footage requested.

What’s Available?

The Toy Association has secured space at 2250 East Imperial Highway, which boasts three floors of versatile meeting space. From small to expansive offices to preview your products, options vary in size.

Contact your Account Executive today to get started. Once a company is a confirmed tenant, they will receive the Tenant Guide and Tools by May 2024.

Space Specifications

  • Size Range: Spaces start at 80 square feet and can accommodate up to 11,000 square feet.
  • Space Layout: Office spaces available are pre-set with both a glass-walled private space and open layout. This is where companies can host meetings behind closed doors and create a unique area to host appointments or showcase products. For companies in need of a fully private space, drapes and other showroom buildout options will be allowed with approval.
  • Floor Plan: Stay tuned! The floor plan will be available in late February 2024.

Spaces will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis, based on square footage needs, so reach out to your Account Executive today to learn more about the application process and secure your preferred spot.

Key Dates

  • Space Access: Tenants will have exclusive access to their rented space from September 1 to 30, 2024.
  • Market Week: The dedicated Toy Association LA Fall Preview market week will be held from September 9 to 13. Don’t miss this chance to connect with industry peers and showcase your products.
  • Extended Appointments: Space is available during the full month of September to accommodate ongoing meetings with buyers during the Los Angeles toy preview season. Beyond the listed market week dates, tenants can utilize contracted space for appointments throughout the entire month of September.
