Toys“R”Us Omnibus Hearing Rescheduled for March 15 

March 12, 2018 | The Toy Association is alerting members that an omnibus hearing on the U.S. bankruptcy proceedings for Toy“R”Us has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 15 from its previously set date of March 12. The hearing will take place at 2 p.m. at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Richmond, VA.

The Association will report on the outcomes of the hearing, including whether Toys“R”Us provides any clarity regarding future plans.

Additionally, the deadline for filing claims against Toys“R”Us remains April 6, 2018. The same deadline applies to claims against Toys“R”Us Canada; however, U.S. and Canada claims must be filed separately.
