Toy Companies Invited to Participate in “CF@TF Inventor Day”

December 17, 2019 | The Toy Association invites toy manufacturers to participate in Creative Factor’s CF@TF Inventor Day and hear product pitches from pre-selected inventors and designers during Toy Fair New York.

"Through the work of the Creative Factor, we are thrilled to continue to offer our member companies and exhibitors this additional avenue to discover the next great toy or game idea," said Marian Bossard, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. "CF@TF Inventor Day is a unique opportunity for companies and inventor relations departments to sit down face to face with designers; discuss – and test – their products, designs, and prototypes; and hopefully continue the conversation to bring these concepts to life."

As part of the Creative Factor educational programming at Toy Fair New York, CF@TF Inventor Day takes place on Friday, February 21, the day before the show opens, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Pitches will take place on Friday.

Toy Association manufacturer members and other Toy Fair exhibitors interested in hearing pitches should notify Madeline Raynor by January 30, 2020. The advisory board, led by Brett Klisch, Robin Raskin of Living in Digital Times, Billy Langsworthy of Mojo Nation, and Matt Nuccio of Design Edge, is leading the initial review and selection of applicants to participate in CF@TF Inventor Day.

Toy Fair New York will take place Saturday, February 22, to Tuesday, February 25, 2020. Learn more at ToyFairNY.com.
