Toy Fair New York Ranks No. 33 on Annual Gold 100 Trade Show List

April 16, 2021 | The Toy Association’s Toy Fair New York ranked at No. 33 on Trade Show Executive magazine’s Gold 100 List of the country’s largest and most-accomplished trade shows in 2019.

Toy Fair New York, the largest toy and youth entertainment product marketplace in the Western Hemisphere, moved up a spot from its 34th place ranking on the 2018 list. The 2019 show was the 33rd largest industry trade show in North America, based on net square footage of paid exhibit space. Toy Fair has climbed 31 spots since its debut on the Gold 100 list in 2008, when it came in 64th place.

“As Toy Fair New York continues to grow in size and scope it remains an invaluable meeting place for global toy professionals who are passionate about the latest and greatest in toys, play, and youth entertainment,” said Marian Bossard, The Toy Association’s executive vice president of global market events. “We are thrilled that the show continues to be recognized and are excited to reconvene with the global toy community once again at Toy Fair New York ’22 in the newly renovated and expanded Jacob K. Javits Convention Center!”

Toy Fair New York 2022 will be held Saturday, February 19 through Tuesday, February 22 and is expected to draw mass, mid-tier, and specialty retail buyers, licensors and entertainment executives, inventors and designers, and other industry professionals from 100 countries to explore hundreds of thousands of playthings from innovative global toymakers.
