Remembering Schylling’s Bryan Bendavid

March 16, 2023 | The Toy Association and its members mourn the recent passing of Bryan J. Bendavid, senior vice president of sales for Schylling Inc. He died on March 13 at the age of 56.

For more than 30 years, Bendavid held sales and marketing positions in the toy industry, starting his career in 1990 as an account executive for Russ Berrie & Co. He later served executive roles at GUND, Epoch Everlasting Play, Spin Master, and Schylling.

Bendavid is survived by his wife of 31 years, Lisa, son Jared, daughters Emily and Carlie, mother Jane, and sister Beth Piersanti and her husband Frank.
