Kick off Your Toy Fair 2026 Prep with ‘Basics and Beyond’ Webinar (Aug. 14)

retail imageJuly 31, 2025 | The Toy Association™ will host the first of seven Toy Fair® 2026 "Exhibitor Academy" webinars on August 14 at 2 p.m. (Eastern), providing exhibitors with the essential information they need to know as they make their plans for the show, taking place February 14 to 17, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York City. Registration is now open.

The initial session, titled “Basics and Beyond,” will help prepare exhibitors for their pre-show, onsite, and post-event experiences with a detailed overview of what to expect at Toy Fair. Exhibitor Kit essentials, critical deadlines, show initiatives, and more will guide companies through planning their booth space. The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session, allowing for exhibitors of all sizes the opportunity to ask what’s most important to them.

“Whether you’re a first-time exhibitor or a seasoned Toy Fair veteran, our Exhibitor Academy is designed to set you up for success,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “The ‘Basics and Beyond’ session is the perfect starting point — it provides the tools, timelines, and tips exhibitors need to plan with ease and confidence so they can focus on maximizing their impact at the show.”

“Basics and Beyond” is open to Toy Fair 2026 exhibitors. Click here to register for the session and view all upcoming Exhibitor Academy webinars here.
