New Educational Series Offers Step-by-Step Guidance for Selling & Scaling on Amazon

The Toy Association™ has launched an on-demand fireside chat series with Amazon, a member-exclusive resource designed to help small and emerging businesses confidently enter and grow in the world’s largest online marketplace.
The series features conversations with Amazon experts who are dedicated to helping independent businesses successfully launch, build, and scale their operations. The first two sessions include:
“How to Start Selling in the Amazon Store”
In this foundational session, viewers will learn what it takes to get up and running in the Amazon store, including benefits of selling in the Amazon store, planning what to sell, setting up listings, standard fees, getting discovered in Amazon’s store, options for fulfillment, preparing for peak seasons, getting customer reviews, and exploring Amazon’s suite of tools built to support small businesses. Whether you're new to e-commerce or looking to expand, this session lays the groundwork for a successful experience on the Amazon store.
“How to Grow Your Business Using Fulfillment by Amazon”
This session provides an in-depth look at how Fulfillment by Amazon can simplify the logistics of customer orders and boost sales. Viewers will learn how the program helps sellers manage inventory, shipping, customer service, and returns, all while increasing product visibility and improving conversion rates. According to Amazon, sellers typically experience a 20 to 30 percent lift in sales once an item is enrolled in FBA and carries an Amazon Prime badge.
Two additional fireside chats will be released by the end of the year, covering brand protection strategies and Amazon’s Climate Pledge Friendly program.
