Whether you're an inventor, designer, artist, or play professional with a groundbreaking idea, the Creative Factor program offers an interactive and engaging blend of learning, pitching and networking opportunities.

We are thrilled to announce the return of Creative Factor Inventor Day in 2024, and this time, we're going virtual. Mark your calendars for Monday, March 4, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern).

The submission window is officially open and will close on Friday, December 29, 2023. Submit your creative concept with a brief video (not to exceed 90 seconds) to support the written application. All submissions will be reviewed by the Creative Factor advisory board. If selected, you'll have the opportunity to pitch your product to toy and youth entertainment product experts and manufacturers. Notification of selected participants will be no later than Friday, January 19, 2024.

Welcoming the Next Generation

The Toy Association serves on the United Inventors Association’s Toy Industry Advisory Board and supports the toy design departments of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles through scholarship grants and student membership.
