The LA Fall Preview located at 2250 East Imperial Highway is officially sold out of showrooms, with 79 tenants showcasing their brands this September.

Are you a toy manufacturer seeking the perfect showroom space to preview your 2025 playthings, or a play professional needing to present during the critical fall preview timeframe? The Toy Association’s LA Fall Preview offers an ideal opportunity for the toy and play community to secure prime meeting spaces in the heart of El Segundo. During the Fall Preview, companies are encouraged to secure their own appointments to ensure maximum visibility and success.

While the showroom spaces are currently sold out, we invite companies to join our waitlist for potential future openings.

If showroom space becomes available, waitlisted companies will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on square footage requested.

Office Space

The Toy Association has secured space at 2250 East Imperial Highway, which boasts three floors of versatile meeting space. From small to expansive offices to preview your products, options vary in size.

Space Specifications

  • Size Range: Spaces start at 80 square feet and can accommodate up to 11,000 square feet.
  • Space Layout: Office spaces available are pre-set with both a glass-walled private space and open layout. This is where companies can host meetings behind closed doors and create a unique area to host appointments or showcase products. For companies in need of a fully private space, drapes and other showroom buildout options will be allowed with approval.
