The Toy Association’s Private Previews help create a path for talented toy companies to present their unique products to influential retail buyers.

The private, digital previews assist toy sellers by connecting them with key retail buyers, allowing them to showcase their products in private meetings. The program offers first-rate service to suppliers and retailers by organizing and marketing timely, safe, productive and efficient opportunities to facilitate business growth in the U.S. and abroad.

How Do Private Previews Work?

For Retailers

Once a Private Preview partnership is confirmed between The Toy Association and the retailer, The Toy Association’s marketplace professionals become your marketing agency, administrative support staff and operational team; handling the development of customized applications, creating and deploying of editorial and promotional messages, coordinating responses, hosting a pre-event educational session, and managing the preview day experience.

For Toy Companies

Toy suppliers that fit the criteria being sought by the retailer are invited to submit their applications for consideration. Once the submissions are collected by The Toy Association, the retailer reviews them and ultimately decides who they would like to meet during their private preview.

Once selected by the retailer, toy suppliers interested in moving forward with the process and scheduling their preview appointment are required to submit payment. Once confirmed, The Toy Association holds an invaluable "Perfecting Your Pitch" session a few days prior to the preview day to help toy companies prepare for their presentation.
